The LivelyHope World Outreach has promised to offer more scholarships and empower businesses as it marks the 21st anniversary of Sweet Fragrance, an annual outreach and empowerment programme.

The 2025 edition of Sweet Fragrance has been scheduled to hold on Friday December 26, 2025 by 2.30pm at the LivelyHope Centre, Amuzu/Mgbarakuma Bypass, off Amuzu/Eziama Road, off Umuahia South LG axis of Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.

A statement issued by Rev Arc Benson Ezem, co-founder of LivelyHope, said that this year’s Sweet Fragrance would, like in previous editions, attract an array of high profile dignitaries from public and private sectors.

He said that “over the years, this programme has been honoured by the presence of distinguished friends and political associates”, including members of the National Assembly, and respected business leaders from Abia State and beyond.

“This initiative has remained a consistent platform for the provision of scholarships and business empowerments to our people,” Ezem stated.

He emphasized that the programme has remained devoid of political motive as it is implemented “strictly beyond political considerations or affiliations, with a deliberate focus on supporting the underprivileged in our society”.

Hundreds of people have been trained in various professions in the Universities through the scholarships of LivelyHope World Outreach while many small businesses have achieved growth through business supports extended to the beneficiaries.

“It’s a divine mandate and God makes the provision for 21 years God has been faithful. Our scholars are today fathers, workers making impacts in different areas.

Most of them we dont know, the small businesses that were empowered have great testimonies of increased capacity. This is beyond party affiliations. It can only be God,” Ezem said.
